Fluid Chillers is a US based manufacturer of industrial chillers, medical chillers, food chillers, oil chillers, and all process fluid cooling systems from 1/8 tons to 500 ton capacity.

Fluid Chillers supplies chillers in various configurations: Air-Cooled, Water-Cooled, Portable and Split Systems. Over the years, there hasn't been too much that we haven't seen or done. Common fluids that our chillers hold at a constant temperature include: water, water/glycol, oil, acid, EDM fluids and gasoline. You'll find our chillers cooling equipment such as: lasers, MRI and PET scanners, machine tool cutting fluids, machine tool spindles, water jet pumps and tanks, and vapor degreasers. Chillers are used for everything from cooling bread dough to condensing vapor.

This custom test stand was constructed for a customer to test tanks, It will cool and heat fluid, and allows the customer to adjust flow rates and pressures. The PLC interfaces with all testing and records data for production runs.
